This production line is mainly used for steel plate shot blasting, rust removal and

painting, cleaning of structural parts and cleaning of oxide scale. In addition, the production

line is also used to clean the oxide scale and residual coating of other metal parts.

The equipment is a complete brand new equipment (including all parts, components and

accessories) produced by our company. It has the characteristics of advanced technology,

durable, reasonable structure design, easy to operate, easy to maintenance and low

operating cost.

The whole equipment includes shot blasting room, front and rear auxiliary room, spray

paint and drying system, abrasive control unit, shot blasting system, abrasive recycling,

sorting and storage system, abrasive blowing unit, ventilation and dust removal system,

roller conveying system, electrical control system, maintenance platform, safety system,

etc.

Mechanical and electrical systems shall be equipped with reliable safety protection

devices. Shot blasting equipment meets the relevant standards, certification and

requirements of European Union CE.

The roller of the shot blasting room is equipped with a special material wear-resistant

sheath to prevent damage from being shot blasting.

The plate chain in the drying room adopts a "V" structure. After spray painting, the steel

plate is in short-term contact to avoid the damage to the paint film as much as possible.

The lower supporting roller of the chain is 10mm wider than the conventional supporting

roller to prevent the plate chain from falling during the running of the towline.

This machine is composed of shot blasting room, blast wheel assembly, abrasive recycling

system, automatic loading system, steel belt system, dust removal system and electrical

control part.

Using 8 sets of KNNJOO patented direct coupling technology blast wheel, shot blasting

volume 350kg/min, the blast wheel is arranged in a diamond shape, and after computer

three-dimensional(3D) simulation, the upper and lower blasting area correspond to reduce

the deformation of the steel plate. And the shot blasting avoid roller track, the shot blasting

coverage is well-distributed and uniform.

Abrasive cleaning and blowing

First level scraper: "<" type plow scraper, special scraper material.

Second level cleaning: high-strength nylon roller brush + screw conveyor

Third level wind blowing: high-pressure fan blows steel shot and dust in the shot blasting

room.

Adopting German AGTOS technology full curtain multi-stage winnowing separator, Special

polyester core elevator transmission belt, elevator upper and lower drum adopts chamfered

squirrel cage structure, which not only increases friction and avoids slippage, but also

prevents belt scratches. Adopts Germany AGTOS company pull-out type shot feeding

technology, remote pneumatic control, And is equipped with abrasive supplement to

facilitate adding abrasive.

Abrasive dust removal system

Adopts two-stage dust removal method of the settling chamber + the main dust collector

,and the dust emission is less than 50mg/m3.

Painting room
