Roller Table Box Plate Shot Blasting Machine Description

Roller-through shot blasting machine. During the cleaning process, the electrically controlled adjustable-speed conveying roller transports the steel structure or steel into the ejection area of the cleaning machine room, and its surrounding surfaces are hit by powerful and dense projectiles from different coordinate positions. With friction, the oxide scale, rust layer and dirt on it will quickly fall off, and the surface of the steel will obtain a smooth surface with a certain roughness. The workpiece is loaded and unloaded on the inlet and outlet roller table on both sides of the cleaning room. The projectiles and rust dust falling on the steel are blown by the blowing device, and the dropped pellet dust mixture is conveyed to the chamber funnel by the recovery screw, and the vertical and horizontal screw conveyors are collected in the lower part of the hoist, and then lifted to the upper part of the machine. In the container, the separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for recycling use. Dust generated in shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe, and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.

Conveying roller
It is divided into indoor conveying roller table and loading and unloading section conveying roller table.
The high chromium wear-resistant sheath and limit ring of the indoor rollerway jacket are used to protect the roller table and withstand the impact of projectiles. The limit ring can make the workpiece run at a predetermined position to prevent deviation and cause accidents
