Product Description

This machine is the best special equipment for cleaning coiled wire rods. It uses shot blasting to remove the oxide scale on the surface of the wire rods and the surface scale formed by the rolling of the steel. After the round billet is cleaned by shot blasting, the rust removal level of all surfaces reaches Sa2.5 level, and the surface roughness level reaches Ra6.3～12.5μm. Compared with the pickling treatment method, it has the characteristics of economy, environmental protection and high efficiency. The output can reach 15-20 tons per hour.

Working principle

According to the characteristics of the round material, this machine adopts the German technology direct-connected high-efficiency shot blasting machine to be installed on the rear side of the chamber body, and blasts the round material at a projectile speed of 80 m/s. The machine also adopts BE-shaped shot and slag separation system, high-strength belt elevator, screw conveyor to transport shot horizontally, two-stage long fiber polyester filter cartridge purification and dust removal system (inertial + filter cartridge), automatic + manual man-machine interface electronic control system, so that the workpiece can meet the requirements of efficient automatic shot blasting cleaning.
